What photo works best?
A single, well-lit product photo on a clean background works best. JPG or PNG, at least 1000px on the long side. Busy backgrounds still work — our pipeline isolates the product first. Adding an optional back photo builds a more accurate model at no extra credit cost.

Do you store my renders?
Your photo is deleted from our systems as soon as your render is built. Renders are stored only long enough to deliver them and are deleted automatically within 24 hours. Nothing is kept after that.
Are my photos private?
Your photo is sent to our 3D generation service to build the render, then deleted from our systems immediately. We never share, sell or resell your uploads or renders.
